“Question everything” this is the quote that for the last 14 years has reminded us. As a team, we have always pushed ourselves to question everything in order to never be complacent, to always keep searching for more, to never be satisfied with what we had, to relentlessly try to be better. It’s been 14 years of a quest that has taught us so much and has allowed us to learned so much. Naturally, we’ve had our lows, and luckily our highs too... but most of all we have had so much fun. What an adventure, and what an honor to be part of it.Today we think about all our team members - past and present - who have helped us to become what we are today. We think about our guests that support us day after day, year after year and cheer for us: they remind us everyday why we do what we do. We think about our suppliers and the beautiful produce they allow us to cook and serve. We think about who has always supported us every step of the way.
